We are a Music Group and Production Company that is made up of not only Brian Neal's lifetime of work, but other unknown artist in the local area.

BN Productions started as Productions by Brian Neal. From an early age, Brian has been writing and recording music. When YouTube Started in 2005, Brian Named and marked his work Brian Neal Productions. He had already done short films before PCs but now that it was possable to publicly display his work, he needed a tag line. Thus BN Productions.

There are many categories that include : Direct work of BN Productions which would be Music and Videos strictly made By Brian Neal and connection work work that would include another artist or artists featured. As is BN Productions made the music and produced a song or video that an artist wrote and sang. Also In-Direct work that would be a video BN Productions produced for an artist that already had wrote and preformed there music.We have a small in-house studio and run cool edit pro for sound and music and use Ulead 10 Plus for our video editing with our HD JVC Hard drive camera. We also work Managing and Producing other Bands and Have access to the Newest Largest Professional Recording studio in Norfolk. Brickhouse Studios. BN Productions also scouts for new talent for its own features and possible signs for Brickhouse Records.

BRIAN NEALS HISTORY WITH BN PRODUCTIONS

I have been producing music, videos, and short films from a very young age. Before VCRs, My older friend like a brother would make and mix audio tapes. For years "The Deaktsers" went from skit albums from, Me Bobby, Double Dare, to Everybody Flick this Airplane. The Tapes had both, skits and music produced. In about 1990, The original Deakters Created its first film. I directed, filmed, edited, and produced a short film called "Serial Reindeer Killer" . A few years later, working with my friend Chris, we created the 2nd generation called "The Deeksters" Said the same, just spelled a little different. The group of about 3 produced about 8 comedy albums including songs like " Nitris Oxide " and Sodom Husaine" and a full length skit movie that included short films like "Dr. Friendly" and "Super Banana". During this Time We also produced a band where I was able to share some of my real songs. The Band, "Black Rabbit" was conformed of 4 guys. Brian Neal (Guitar/Vocals) Chris Blancherd (Vocals) Rob King ( Guitar) and Justin Rambo (Putt) on Bass. Their most popular song was " Darking Sins". The Band would Build Stages and preform concerts with pretty good turn outs.

A few years down the line as Black Rabbit parted ways, I acquired another camera. Filming all my friends, I began to direct skits. I Edited and produced my first full length movie. Named " Stoner TV". It Included short skits like " The worst Family" and "Lesbian Lovers with children." Now, This was before PCs and soft ware. The film was edited using three VCRs and a tape deck. Most of the movie has been recovered and posted on YouTube along with some of my earlier work.

As Years passed, I was in and out of Bands playing everything from Drums, Bass, to lead Guitar in till I had my first born. In the mid 90s I began to write more and more. Focused more on my music, I began to produce songs with a Karaoke Machine. It was then I finished my first Album. The two mixed tapes have my best work at the time. Songs like "Only Die" and "They Came from the Mountains". Shortly after I got the Idea for this Mellon Collie type album inspired by my work on the piano called "the Wake". Its still in the make, even still today.

As my kids got older and became toddlers, I produced a few more songs like "track 18" and " This development" but didn't feel like it was enough. So, I showed my friend Chris how to play bass and taught my wife Tracy how to play drums. At that time I have plenty of resent songs we could play. Thus the Band "Ancient Orange". The name came from a Vision Ancient Orange skate board I had as a kid. We would play all the time. We were a house band for a local bar, we went to battle of the bands in VB and closed the show. We hired a manager (Brad) and our name was featured in Nine Volt Mag. We even went to a studio to recorded our two most popular songs " That Route" and Waited Down" Drugs Broke up the Band in 2002. and I found myself alone again with my Guitar and a blank sheet of paper.

As my kids got a little older, I would film them. Making skits with them created the 3rd generation of Deakters. A few short films then a full length called " The Keith Show". Time Passed, and we went on vacation. Filming the whole time, I was able to create another full length called Vac06. Longest one yet. The movie was to give you the experience as if you were with us. Producing music and videos for friends and family was fun. A video make for my friend Rick, Filmed, edited,and rendered in 4 hours. "Castles Made of Jade" or for my cuz Jeffery "Dreamscape" Recorded in one day, filmed in one day, and produced in one day. It was the 2nd rap project produced by BN Productions. Quick was a key. How fast could I produce? An experiment of mine was a song "Thru Windows" Written, Recorded, edited, and produced in less than four hours. It ended up to be a pretty good song.

Now as I finish songs I once started, and find songs that have been unheard, I felt if I made a Video for them, I could post them on YouTube. My work is very much spread out. I decided to use the Facebook craze to categorize my productions into two categories. Comedy and artistic. BN Productions will advertize that it can do music videos, studio work, even commercials, on a next to nothing budget. So please, I have to know, what you think. Help me promote my work.
